Returns

Due to the nature of consumable products such as tea, we only accept returns under certain conditions.

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The package was opened or damaged during delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must remain unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and clear photos of the product/package may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened tea packages
  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Orders purchased during promotional or clearance sales

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds may be issued through:

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund process after approval.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by Florelle Tea.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
